
A number of representatives for WWE TV partner networks were backstage for Survivor Series on Sunday, as per PWInsider. Executives from FOX, Netflix and NBC Universal were reportedly in attendance for the November 21 show.
NBC Universal owns the Peacock streaming service, the current home of the WWE Network. FOX is notably the home of SmackDown on Friday nights.
The new Netflix film ‘Red Notice’ was marketed heavily on the show, with the Vince McMahon ‘egg’ angle reportedly being a paid promotional partnership between WWE and Netflix.
WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon and WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan were reportedly also backstage, but Triple H wasn’t.
WWE Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development recently made his first WWE appearance since his cardiac event in September.
