Neville Reportedly RELEASED By WWE

ProWrestlingSheet is reporting that former WWE Crusierweight Champion Neville is no longer under contract to WWE.

The Brit walked out during a Raw taping in early October 2017, and hasn’t been on TV since, reportedly having his contract frozen.

It is currently unclear exactly when WWE came to terms with the former PAC on his release, but just a week ago WWE’s Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque, said he was “not 100% positive” on Neville’s status.

Speculation has been rife for a while now that the ‘Man that Gravity Forgot’ could make an appearance at ALL IN. This was fueled by recent tweets from co-organizers of the September 1 event Cody and Matt Jackson.

However, with the current uncertainty, there is every chance he is still under a non-compete clause, ruling him out of any in-ring action for the foreseeable future.

Neville was signed to WWE in 2012, and is a former two-time NXT Tag Team Champion, one-time NXT Champion and two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion.
