New AEW On Max Show Name Revealed?

A potential new AEW show name for the company’s upcoming move to the Max streaming service has been revealed.

AEW recently announced their new media rights extension with Warner Bros Discovery, which will include shows streaming on the Max streaming service.

Ahead of the company’s move to Max, AEW filed new trademarks relating to their upcoming move to the streaming service.

On October 25, AEW filed for the trademarks for the terms “AEW Max Month,” “AEW WrestleMax,” and “WrestleMax.”

The following description accompanied the filings:

Entertainment services in the nature of live wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of wrestling programs and events; Entertainment services, namely, an ongoing multimedia program featuring wrestling distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; Entertainment services, namely, an ongoing series featuring wrestling provided through television and the internet; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of wrestling; Educational and entertainment services, namely, a continuing program about wrestling accessible by radio, television, satellite, audio, video and computer networks

Another AEW show, AEW Shockwave, is reportedly still being shipped around for a potential home following the new rights deal.

It was originally reported that a FOX network had interest in securing the show following SmackDown leaving the network last month.
