New AEW Signing Appears On Dynamite

A new AEW signing has appeared on tonight’s July 24 Dynamite, arriving as reinforcement for a current champion.

After Britt Baker made her in-ring return after 10 months away with a win over Hikaru Shida, the celebration was short lived.

Mercedes Mone came out to “congratulate” Britt on her win, however it would prove to be a rouse.

From behind, Kamille attacked Britt Baker with a big boot that laid Baker out as Mone joined the new arrival in the ring.

The segment would end with Mercedes Mone and Kamille standing tall over Baker.

Kamille reportedly signed with AEW months ago and has been waiting to be introduced.

She’s a former NWA World Women’s Champion and previously appeared on Dynamite back in 2021 to set up an NWA match against Leyla Hirsch.

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, Mariah May made her return to the ring for the first time since she viciously attacked Timeless Toni Storm.

Still utilizing Toni Storm’s finishing moves, she is now however billed as ‘The Glamour’ Mariah May, and no longer uses Storm’s old entrance music or ring gear.

May would end up winning the match against a local talent, but afterwards was surprised by the return of Storm who revealed herself from beneath a disguise leading to a brawl that was broken up in the ring.
