AEW
The newest AEW signing has been confirmed after a television debut on tonight’s March 29 episode of Collision.
Tonight’s show played host to a match between two former NJPW stars as Jay White picked up the win against Kevin Knight.
After a competitive match tonight, White praised Knight and said he was “pretty sure” we’d see more of Knight in AEW in the future.
That has now been confirmed, as Tony Khan took to social media to announce that Knight has officially signed with AEW.
Khan wrote:
Congratulations, it’s official!
After a fantastic performance at Saturday Night #AEWCollision tonight, @Jet2Flyy Kevin Knight is All Elite!
Recent reports indicated that WWE was also interested in Knight after his NJPW contract expired earlier this year.
