Following their loss in the Men’s WarGames match, a new report has provided an update on a New Bloodline member’s WWE status.
After leaving New Japan Pro Wrestling in June 2024, Hikuleo reportedly signed with WWE and has yet to debut on the company’s programming.
Reports originally indicated that the former IWGP Tag Team Champion will eventually become a member of the New Bloodline alongside his brothers Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.
However, recent reports stated that the former NJPW star could possibly start on the WWE NXT brand.
In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that the latest current WWE status for Hikuleo. He wrote:
For those asking about Hikuleo, he is in the system. He’s not injured. At some point he’ll debut, most likely in NXT. But he’s training
It remains to be seen when Hikuleo will make his WWE debut at the time of this writing.
