Brodie Lee is the new TNT Champion. He won the title against Cody tonight on AEW: Dynamite in dominant fashion.
Dominant might not be a strong enough word. Cody did not get a single offensive move in after the initial attack.
Lee hit chops, Powerbombs, and The Discus Lariat for the win. He got the title, but then Cody got carried away on a stretcher. After the match, the entire Dark Order makes their way down to the ring to celebrate.

Lee’s version of a celebration is a bit different than how mine would go. The Dark Order attacked Arn Anderson.
After that, Lee attacks Cody. He tosses him off the stretcher. Cody’s on the entrance ramp.
More minions bring out QT Marshall and Dustin Rhodes. This explains why no one came out to help Cody. Well, at least, no one from The Nightmare Family. Where was The Elite?
Cody gets up. Brodie Lee hits him with the bag that held the old version of The TNT Championship. He eventually drops all the pieces of the shattered title on Cody’s face.

Brandi came out and covered up her husband. The Dark Order’s Anna Jay would come on the attack and lock Brandi in a rear-naked choke. Lee eventually called her off and The Dark Order stands tall at the end of the night.
Lee would tell Tony Schiavone that The TNT Title brings power and legitimacy to The Dark Order. The way they stood tall and left everyone lying certainly will too.
