New Champions Crowned On NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver

The vacant NXT Tag Team Championship was on the line on night 1 of NXT TakeOver Stand and Deliver, with MSK, Grizzled Young Veterans and Legado del Fantasma squaring off in an awesome tag team triple threat match.

MSK, who won the Dusty Cup just a few weeks ago, entered their names into the history books again by pinning Zack Gibson to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions.

The belts were vacated by former champions Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan a few weeks ago after Burch suffered a serious shoulder injury in a match against Karrion Kross and Finn Balor.

MSK has only been in NXT for a matter of months, and it’s clear that those in charge see a huge amount of potential in the former IMPACT stars.
