Another update has emerged on the WWE status of announcer Corey Graves after controversy arose a few months ago.
At the start of 2025, Graves was removed from the main roster commentary teams, instead being moved to NXT, where he became the third man alongside the already established partnership of Vic Joseph and Booker T.
Graves took to social media to voice his displeasure about the decision, and even had a week off NXT at the time due to the situation.
However, he has since become a weekly regular alongside Joseph and Booker on NXT without issue.
On June 7, Graves was in the role of lead announcer for the WWE & AAA Worlds Collide show, where he was joined by Konnan.
Graves received high marks for his work in that position from both fans and people within WWE.
In the latest update, for tonight’s June 16 episode of Raw, Graves returned to main roster commentary alongside Michael Cole, with Graves replacing Pat McAfee.
This marks the second straight week McAfee has missed Raw, although last week it was SmackDown’s Wade Barrett who stepped in.
