Big E and Xavier Woods of New Day defeated Heavy Machinery and defending champions Daniel Bryan and Rowan in a three-way for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships at Extreme Rules.
The finish of a great match came when Big E endured a LeBell lock from Bryan and caught him out of the air from the top turnbuckle, tagged in Woods, and they landed the Midnight Hour for the win.

This means that New Day currently has both the SmackDown Tag Titles and the WWE Championship which is held by Kofi Kingston.
That could of course change later tonight as Kofi defends his title against Samoa Joe.
This is New Day’s fourth reign with the SmackDown Tag Team Championships. Previous champs Daniel Bryan and Rowan had held the titles for 69 days.
