New Hardy Boyz WWE Plans Confirmed

It looks like the legendary Hardy Boyz are going to have some more involvement with WWE talent coming up soon.

UPDATE: The Hardy Boyz defending the TNA World Tag Team Championship against Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe a TNA Final Resolution on December 5.

Also announced for Final Resolution are Mike Santana vs Charlie Dempsey, and Steve Maclin defending the TNA International Championship against Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo.

Announced for the December 4 epside of Impact are Home Town Man vs Brooks Jensen, Mike Santana vs Robert Stone, and the Hardy Boyz, Steve Maclin & Cedric Alexander vs Lexis King, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe.

The Hardy Boyz recently won the NXT Tag Team Championship from DarkState, then lost the title back to the same team of Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin a couple of weeks later.

However, still reigning as TNA World Tag Team Champions, it appears the Hardys aren’t finished working with NXT talent.

Last week, a number of WWE NXT stars invaded TNA’s shows – Robert Stone, Tyson Dupont, Tyriek Igwe, Brooks Jensen, Lexis King, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo and Charlie Dempsey.

On tonight’s episode of Impact, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella was trying to come up with a way to get revenge, and decided the best way would be to open the doors and welcome the NXT stars back into TNA.

However, he was trying to figure out a way to lure them back, which is where the Hardy Boyz come in.

Jeff Hardy suggested their championship, as well as Steve Maclin’s International Title, could be used as bait for the NXT talents.

Therefore, it certainly looks like the Hardy Boyz will be defending the TNA World Tag Team Championship against some combination of the aforementioned WWE NXT stars some time soon, while Maclin will put up his International Title as well.
