Some new matches are now officially confirmed for the December 7 WWE NXT Deadline PLE coming up this Saturday,
In the opening match on tonight’s WWE NXT, there was a four-way between Cora Jade, Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan and Wren Sinclair to determine who would get the last spot in the women’s Iron Survivor Challenge match.
In the end, Wren Sinclair picked up the win, thanks in large part, accidentally, to Lola Vice.
Vice came out and tried to strike Jaida Parker, but instead knocked out Sinclair, with Sinclair falling on top of Cora Jade and the referee counting the pin.
Jaida Parker was enraged after the match and called out Lola Vice and demanded an NXT Underground match “right now”.
However, NXT General Manager Ava would interrupt Parker and let her know that she wouldn’t allow the match to happen tonight, instead announcing it for Saturday at Deadline.
Vice would end up coming out as the pair had a short verbal altercation before Parker knocked out Vice with an elbow.
Next up on NXT was another big match to determine who would face Axiom and Nathan Frazer for the NXT Tag Team Championship at Deadline.
The #1 contender battle royal featured the teams of Mark Coffey & Wolfgang, Lucien Price & Bronco Nima, Myles Borne & Tavion Heights, Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura, Hank Walker & Tank Ledger, Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont, and Luca Crusifino & Channing Lorenzo
In the end, Myles Borne was the last man standing, last eliminating Tank Ledger and Lucien Price consecutively, winning the match and the title shot for himself and Tavion Heights.
Towards the end of the show tonight, Eddy Thorpe won the last chance men’s Iron Survivor qualifier against Axiom, Cedric Alexander and Lexis King.
