New merchandise for sale at tonight’s AEW Dynamite from Toronto has teased a possible return.
The October 12 edition of AEW Dynamite will mark the first time All Elite Wrestling will hold an international event from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Despite the excitement for their Canadian debut, the company has seen several stars either injured or suspended for various reasons.
One of the most talked about, suspended stars heading into Dynamite has to be Kenny Omega since Canada is the former AEW World Champion’s home country.
It looks like the merchandise stand at the arena may have teased his potential return alongside The Young Bucks.
AEW fan Kyle Masters posted a photo from the merchandise store at tonight’s Dynamite and revealed that there is a special Canadian themed Elite shirt available for sale.
It remains to be seen if The Elite’s suspension has been lifted, but this new shirt is a good sign that they may at least be on their way back soon.
Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks were involved in a backstage altercation with CM Punk and Ace Steel following All Out. All five men have been suspended from AEW since then.
The Elite were also subsequently stripped of the AEW World Trios Championships as well.
