AEW President and CEO Tony Khan has revealed he has signed a mutli-year deal for some new entrance music to be used by Orange Cassidy.
Starting on this coming Monday’s episode of Dark: Elevation, Cassidy will be coming out to ‘Where Is My Mind?’ by the Pixies.
Speaking with Pitchfork, Khan said:
“A few weeks ago, I played it for him, he said he loved it. I asked if he wanted to me to try to license it, he gave me his ‘thumbs up’. I signed a multi-year agreement to use the song, and every use of the song in AEW will live in our content library forever in perpetuity.”
On the next episode of Elevation, Orange Cassidy teams with Chuck Taylor against the team of JD Drake and Ryan Nemeth.
This comes ahead of Cassidy and Taylor’s ‘Arcade Anarchy’ match against Kip Sabian and Miro Wednesday’s Dynamite, which will see the ring surrounded by arcade machines.
