A new report has emerged regarding Carlito having been announced to appear on last night’s WWE Raw ‘Legends Night’ then not doing so.
According to Wrestling Inc, Carlito was never actually officially booked in the first place, and had only been sent “feelers” from WWE, with someone jumping the gun on announcing him.
However, this does seem to contradict what PWInsider had reported earlier, writing: “The word backstage was Carlito was originally written in for a cameo, but that was pulled from the script earlier in the day”.
Carlito did appear to react to the developments after the show, tweeting the following GIF:
