Following the March 17 Monday Night Raw, a new tag team seem set to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Over the past few weeks, Maxxine Dupri has been trying to talk Natalya into a potential tag team together. Meanwhile, Dupri’s Alpha Academy stablemates Otis and Akira Tozawa have been working alongside Jey Uso in his rivalry with GUNTHER heading into WrestleMania 41.
After the March 17 edition of WWE Raw on Netflix, the company posted a video of Maxxine Dupri giving a pep talk to Alpha Academy and trying to once again talk Natalya into training her in the Dungeon.
This led to WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez trash talking Maxxine and told her to quit. The post reads:
Looks like something went down backstage at #WWERaw yesterday!
Is @NatbyNature about to write her next chapter alongside @maxxinedupri? @YaOnlyLivvOnce & @RaquelWWE may have just lit a fire underneath this potential new duo!
This seemed to set up a future WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Match between The Judgment Day tandem and the duo of Natalya and Maxxine Dupri.
