The new WWE executive 2022 compensation table has been revealed.
As previously reported, Endeavor announced on Monday that it has purchased WWE and will merge it into one sports and entertainment company with the UFC.
On Friday, WWE has revealed the 2022 compensation table for their executives, which shows how much each of management were paid last year.
The table shows that WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon was paid $12.4 million, but he had to forfeit $11.3 million in stock awards when he resigned from the company.
Meanwhile, former WWE CEO Stephanie McMahon was paid $14.3 million, but she forfeited $10 million in stock awards when she resigned. In talent pay (“performance fees, royalties and related minimum guarantees”), Stephanie amounted to $717,253.
Stephanie’s husband Triple H was paid $11.6 million as an executive, and $807,595 in talent pay.
WWE President Nick Khan was paid the most out of the management team at $24.9 million. In their SEC filing, WWE added:
“It is worth noting that Mr. Khan’s 2022 total compensation included an approximate $16.5 million… second tranche of a special equity grant… Without this grant, Mr. Khan’s total compensation would have been $8,457,683 and the CEO Pay Ratio would be 80 to 1.”
Shane McMahon was paid $827,559 in talent pay for 2022, disclosed in proxy because he’s a family member, despite only wrestling in one match at the 2022 Royal Rumble event.
The final executive listed is Frank Riddick, who was paid $3.2 million in 2022.
