UPDATE: WWE has now announced that Millenium Pro Wrestling’s Zara Zakher has signed a WWE ID contract.
UPDATE: WWE has also announced that Pro Wrestling Revolution’s Sean Legacy has signed a WWE ID contract.
Following news of the first three WWE ID signings yesterday (November 7), yet another new name has been confirmed for the program.
Less than two weeks since its launch on October 29, the WWE ID (WWE Independent Development) program has become a hot topic of discussion, with the company’s approach to recruiting and developing indie talent receiving a major overhaul.
As well as bestowing WWE ID designation to several wrestling schools across the US, select talents are also signing deals to become official WWE ID Prospects.
Yesterday, the first wave of names was announced, with Zayda Steel, Bryce Donovan and Cappuccino Jones all signing on to the WWE ID program.
One day later we have official confirmation of another signing, as Game Changer Wrestling’s ‘Cartwheel’ Jack Summit (aka Jack Cartwheel) being announced via the WWE ID Twitter account.
Jack Cartwheel is a name many wrestling fans will be familiar with, as the Sacramento, CA native has competed for a several top companies across his five year in-ring career thus far, including AEW, ROH, AAA, NJPW among others.
