
An intriguing new set of WWE tryouts have been reported on featuring a specific group of talent potentially being recruited.
WWE is seemingly looking at a group of potential new recruits as they hosted athletes at the Performance Center this week.
According to PWInsider, there was a ‘WWE tryout of sorts’ this week at the Performance Center.
Notably, the attendees are reportedly athletes from ‘outside the wrestling sphere’.
WWE has had a recent string of recruitment from independent wrestling, signing stars with known in-ring backgrounds at the start of the year.
Of course, there is also always a constant push for non-wrestling athletes nowadays with programs such as the NIL and Campus Rush.
