The plands for WWE to return to shows with live audiences keep changing as the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop.
In the newest update to these plans, reliable source WrestleVotes has tweeted out that with SummerSlam having a live audience now off the table and out of the question, the new goal is to return to live crowds by the end of September.
The tweet reads:
Being told with SummerSlam off the table, WWE is now aiming for the end of September as a restart for live audiences. TBD.
WWE’s September pay-per-view is Clash of Champions, which comes on the 20th of the month, so that show could be the show WWE is aiming for to bring back fans.
