Former WWE Champion Big E has not wrestled a match since he broke his neck during a match on SmackDown in March 2022.
Big E broke his neck following a botched belly to belly suplex from Ridge Holland, and there is still no update on when or if he will return to the ring.
Big E was a part of media in Detroit ahead of SummerSlam, where he revealed that some of his doctors have recommended that he never wrestles again.
Speaking about other roles for him in the company, Big E said that he and the company have discussed the idea of him becoming a color commentator.
E says that a concern he has is one that he shares with Becky Lynch regarding the job, that he would need a pee bucket or a catheter during the show.
Becky recently also said that she believes she would be ‘quite good at’ a color commentary role in the company.
Big E has taken up numerous roles during his time away with injury, including helping out at various tryouts for the company.
Big E tells Chris Featherstone that he and WWE have discussed him being a color commentator.
He said that @BeckyLynchWWE's concerns are real and he'd need a pee bucket or a catheter
