A new WWE signing has been officially confirmed on tonight’s NXT premiere episode on The CW network in a video package.
With WWE announcing the signings of Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer recently, yet another international women’s star is headed to NXT.
On tonight’s debut edition of WWE NXT on The CW, a teaser vignette for a new star from Australia.
A free agent who was rumored to be headed to WWE has now been confirmed as their trademark style was shown clearly in the clip.
You can see the entire clip below but the figure certainly appeared to be Australian wrestler DELTA (Delta Brady), who attended a WWE tryout back in February when WWE headed to Perth for the Elimination Chamber event.
DELTA’s name may also sound familiar from an appearance at Mickie James’ HER event in Australia in April 2024.
DELTA challenged Jordynne Grace for the TNA Knockouts Championship at Oceania Pro Wrestling’s HER event but ultimately came up short.
Elsewhere on tonight’s NXT debut on The CW, the return of Cora Jade led to a backstage interaction with a former tag team partner, with potential for a future reunion.
Also, Trick Williams defeated Ethan Page to win the NXT Championship in the main event.
