A new WWE tag team is reportedly set to debut soon, with a tentative ring name for the pairing being revealed.
In the past few months, Natalya has been appearing alongside Maxxine Dupri of the Alpha Academy in backstage segments with the group.
Natalya and Maxxine competed in their first match as tag team back in April, when they were part of a Gauntlet match to determine the challengers for Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez’s Women’s Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 41, which was won by Lyra Valkyria and Bayley.
However, it seems as though the duo may be set to become an official tag team in the coming weeks, as WrestleVotes is reporting that WWE is in the planning stages of officially launching the team.
The tentative name for the duo is set to be the ‘Dungeon Dolls’.
Natalya re-signed with WWE last year, and has recently been competing in matches outside of the company, such as for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport and for the NWA.
Maxxine Dupri has been at ringside of Otis and Akira Tozawa’s matches with Rusev in recent weeks, with the Bulgarian Brute picking up wins over the two.
