Potential tag team names for the duo of John Cena and Logan Paul ahead of their match at WWE Money in the Bank have emerged.
At Money in the Bank on Saturday, June 7, WWE Champion Cena and Paul will team together for the first time ever against World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes in Rhodes’ first match since Cena won the WWE Title from him at WrestleMania.
In Paul’s latest vlog which featured some behind the scenes footage, he was shown pitching some ideas to Cena for their tag team name.
Paul’s first idea was Heel Team Six, a play on SEAL Team Six, which is the top tier special missions unit of the US military.
Cena immediately responded by saying that he “loved” that idea.
Paul then followed up with another potential name, which would simply see the duo be known as “The WWE”.
Cena enacted what a ring announcement would sound like with them being called The WWE, and admitted that he “didn’t hate” that idea either.
Thus far, no ‘official’ moniker has been given to the duo on WWE programming, social media, merch or anything of that nature, but those were the names Paul suggested.
