New WWE WrestleMania 42 Location Reportedly Revealed

New WWE WrestleMania 42 Location Reportedly Revealed WWE

The planned new location for WWE WrestleMania 42 in 2026 has reportedly been revealed, with the show being moved away from New Orleans.

News emerged earlier today that NOLA would no longer be hosting the event, with plans in place to host in a future year, just not next year, with Money in the Bank 2026 also planned for the city instead.

That of course opened up the question of where it could be taking place.

According to NOLA.com, an “industry official” stated that WrestleMania 42 is actually set to take place in Las Vegas, a year after WrestleMania 41 was held there.

They reported:

After the success of this year’s event, the new leadership running WWE decided that they would rather hold next year’s event in Las Vegas and see what response they get from fans, according to an industry official who wasn’t authorized to be quoted by name.

It’s worth noting that WWE has not made any official announcements at this point, though Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer also reports that Vegas is the current plan – he also noted there’ll be a date change from the originally announced April 11 and 12. He wrote:

Vegas is the plan. Not locked but one would think pulling out of New Orleans means locked enough they’d tell New Orleans today they were out.

Also date change on Mania as well.

We’ll keep you posted if any further updates emerge.
