WWE
SmackDown GM Nick Aldis has reacted to a question about whether he will do anything about Randy Orton’s conduct at WWE Crown Jewel.
The November 2 WWE PLE saw Orton and Kevin Owens set to face each other only for the match to end before it even got started.
With both men brawling, both the Raw and SmackDown GMs would get involved in an attempt to restore order.
As can be seen below this news story, Adam Pearce would find himself on the receiving end of an RKO from Randy Orton with Aldis making a sharp exit from the ring.
With WWE SmackDown returning this Friday, the official WWE Twitter account would send a message to Aldis, asking:
“Is @RealNickAldis going to do anything about this?!”
Aldis would repost the tweet with a message of his own, expressing his feelings towards the question, stating:
“I don’t appreciate being addressed in a public forum like this.”
Pearce would also comment on the RKO incident in Saudi Arabia on November 3 with a tweet that read:
“Presented without comment.”
The tweet includes an image of Pearce being RKO’d Orton while Aldis appears to look on having previously commented on what happened at the show.
Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce have a somewhat tense relationship which has seen shots fired in the past.
The WWE SmackDown GM has previously discussed the possibility of a match with his RAW opposite number.
I don't appreciate being addressed in a public forum like this. https://t.co/LWoQ6FXd1K
