Nikki Bella Not Retired After All?

The wrestling world was in a state of, erm, mourning when the news broke recently that the Bella Twins had retired from wrestling, with Nikki announcing the news on Total Bellas.

However, it seems that Nikki’s declaration on the reality show may not have been – shock horror – the truth!

According to TMZ, Bella is leaving WWE on good terms and will still serve as a company ambassador. The report states that Bella is “definitely open” to an in-ring return and making occasional cameos, so long as the timing is right.

Bella, who has suffered with neck injuries for several years, last wrestled at Evolution, main eventing against Ronda Rousey. Prior to that she had wrestled for 12 years for WWE, on and off. However, at 35 years old she has decided to hang up her boots and pursue other business ventures.
