Nikki Bella WWE Evolution Status Update

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella’s status for the upcoming WWE Evolution event following Liv Morgan’s injury has been revealed.

Nikki Bella made her return to WWE television on the June 9 episode of Raw, where she took part in a segment with Women’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan, which ended with Liv dropping Nikki with an Oblivion.

The angle was done to set up a match between Morgan and Bella for Evolution, whether it be a singles match or a tag team match also involving Raquel Rodriguez and Brie Bella, but those plans were scrapped due to an injury to Liv Morgan.

With Liv now out of Evolution, Nikki has not appeared on WWE television since, though she was present at the June 23 episode of Raw, but didn’t appear on the show due to Morgan suffering a dislocated shoulder.

However, Nikki is still featured on the poster for the event, and in an update from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Nikki is still planned for the Evolution event, despite no match for her being announced.

WWE Evolution is set to take place next Sunday, July 13 in Atlanta.
