The winner of the 2025 NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament has been crowned, with the winner making company history with their victory.
The finals of the NJPW Best of the Super Juniors 32 tournament took place on Sunday, June 1, with Block A winner Kosei Fujita facing Block B winner YOH.
Kosei Fujita was ultimately victorious, pinning YOH to win the tournament after 28 minutes of action in the finals.
Fujita is now the youngest Best of the Super Juniors winner in NJPW history at 22 years old. Will Ospreay was the previous holder of this record, winning the 2016 tournament after turning 23.

Kosei Fujita finished block action with 10 points, following wins over Clark Connors, Dragon Dia, Francesco Akira, Hiromu Takahashi and Master Wato. Takahashi, Connors, Wato and Akira also finished with 10 points, but Fujita won Block A due to his prior victories over the stars he was tied with.
With Fujita’s tournament win, he has earned a shot at El Desperado’s IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.
