NJPW Releases Kenny Omega T-Shirt After IWGP US Title Win

NJPW has released new Kenny Omega merchandise designed by a notable video game producer.

Omega made his NJPW in-ring return at Wrestle Kingdom 17, wrestling his first match for the promotion in three years.

The AEW EVP’s visit to Japan doesn’t appear to be a one-off trip, with Omega defeating Will Ospreay on January 4 to win the IWGP US Championship.

NJPW has now shared a new Kenny Omega t-shirt design. The art was designed by Mega Man producer Daizon Nonaka.

NJPW Global shared the following on Twitter:

Following his Wrestle Kingdom 17 appearance, Omega teamed with the current IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada at New Year’s Dash on January 5.

The former rivals defeated the team of Aaron Henare & Jeff Cobb during the ‘mystery’ event.

The IWGP US Champion has also shared a reunion photo with his former Golden Lovers tag partner Kota Ibushi.
