NJPW Star Discusses Possible WWE Return

NJPW Star Discusses Possible WWE Return WWE/NJPW

A NJPW star has discussed a possible WWE return.

On the October 10 edition of Raw, Bullet Club members and NJPW stars Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows shocked the wrestling world by returning to WWE to reunite The O.C. with AJ Styles.

It surprised many fans because not only were The Good Brothers working in New Japan Pro Wrestling, but Anderson is also the current NEVER Openweight Champion for the company.

With their surprise arrival and various references to the return by New Japan and their performers, it is not out of the realm of possibility for another Bullet Club member to return to WWE.

Speaking with Inside The Ropes, Bullet Club’s Juice Robinson was asked about a possible return to WWE.

Robinson answered:

“You know what they say in wrestling, ‘never say never, hahaha. But you know, my life, it seems to be going [in] a different direction now, so I would say … I don’t even think that I would be a person that they are looking to have there, I was already there, it didn’t really work, no problem.”

The former three-time IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion continued on to note that WWE is “cool”, but he doesn’t believe there is much interest in a potential return.

He said:

“I don’t really know what they think about me. I don’t really care. And I’m sure they don’t care what I think about them, so it’s all good.”

Juice Robinson worked as CJ Parker in WWE for four years in their developmental systems before leaving the promotion in 2015. He went on to New Japan Pro Wrestling and worked his way up from the dojo system.

Robinson has a prominent fixture on the NJPW roster as a member of the Bullet Club, former IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champion with David Finlay and the first three-time IWGP U.S. Champion.

“Rock Hard” also has one reign as IMPACT Wrestling World Tag Team Champion as well.

As previously reported, there was apparently massive interest in Juice Robinson from All Elite Wrestling following his match with Jon Moxley on the September 28 edition of Dynamite.
