Two NJPW wrestlers defeated The Good Brothers to win the IMPACT Tag Team Championships last night at Sacrifice 2021.
Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson have played a key role on both IMPACT and AEW in recent months. Carrying the IMPACT Tag Team Titles wherever they went, The Good Brothers have helped Kenny Omega conquer the two promotions simultaneously.
The duo are no longer draped in IMPACT gold, however. At Sacrifice 2021, FinJuice, the team of Juice Robinson and David Finlay, defeated The Good Brothers for the titles. With both members of FinJuice signed to NJPW, we now know that the Forbidden Door opens a lot wider than we first thought.
NJPW have already celebrated the victory. Sharing some match highlights, NJPW took to Twitter after the title change:

FinJuice’s victory has shocked the wrestling world. The Good Brothers were thriving in AEW alongside Omega, so it was unexpected that they’d lose the IMPACT Tag Team Championships so soon.
It will be interesting to see what Robinson and Finlay do with the titles, which have been featured across two promotions since the beginning of the year.
Also after Sacrifice, it was announced that Kenny Omega will battle Rich Swann in April, with both IMPACT and AEW gold on the line.
