With WWE returning to the road in July, there has been a lot of speculation that WWE would want to bring back Brock Lesnar as an attraction to fans attending the live shows.
Well according to the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, you should not be expecting to see the Beast Incarnate grace your screens any time in the near future. The Observer states:
While there are a lot of rumors regarding the return of Lesnar, as of 6/15 there was no deal for him to return imminently. Of course it always could happen especially with the Saudi show late in the year and next year’s Mania. SummerSlam would also make sense but right now that’s still not anything agreed to nor expected at this point
This would insinuate that a potential dream match with WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at SummerSlam is, as of right now, off the table.
Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE television since dropping the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36.
