Important Non-WWE Name Spotted At Performance Center WWE

An important non-WWE name has reportedly been spotted at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

According to a new report from Fightful Select, former TNA Wrestling President Scott D’Amore visited the WWE PC on November 8.

D’Amore, who after his TNA firing earlier this year went on to revive the Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling promotion, was reportedly just visiting the PC and was given a tour of the facilities.

Fightful Select also noted that there were “informal conversations” along the way, with no further details known in regards to the meeting at this time.

Maple Leaf Pro has so far just one event since being relaunched in the Summer, that being the two-night Forged in Excellence show on October 19 & 20, featuring talents from AEW, NJPW, ROH and TNA.

In August, D’Amore positively reflected on a text he had received from WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H ahead of Jordynne Grace’s surprise appearance in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match.

Although D’Amore departed, WWE and TNA’s working relationship has only grown in 2024 with stars such as Grace, Joe Hendry and The Rascalz playing key roles on NXT programming in the latter half of the year.

We will provide any updates on D’Amore’s meeting with WWE as/when they become available.
