TNA Wrestling Tag Team Set For Match In WWE

Following the No Mercy premium live event, number one contender’s match has been announced for the September 3 WWE NXT.

At NXT No Mercy 2024, Nathan Frazer and Axiom defeated Chase U’s Andre Chase and Ridge Holland to win the NXT Tag Team Championships.

This marked Frazer and Axiom’s second reign with the gold after losing the gold to Chase U last month.

After their win, various tag teams stated their claim to get a shot at the new champions.

Later in the show, NXT General Manager Ava announced that Hank Walker and Tank Ledger will face The Rascalz and Gallus in a triple threat number one contender’s match on this Tuesday’s September 3 episode.

The winner of the match will face Nathan Frazer and Axiom for the NXT Tag Team Championships on the September 10 edition of NXT during WWE week on the USA Network.

Also announced for this Tuesday’s show, Trick Williams will go one-on-one with Pete Dunne.
