‘A number of people’ within WWE are reportedly pushing for a current star to receive more opportunities in-ring.

The tournament to crown the inaugural Women’s United States Championship began on last week’s episode of SmackDown, when Bayley scored the victory over Candice LeRae and B-FAB to advance to the next round of the tournament.

The match was a rare in-ring appearance from B-FAB, who usually only serves as a manager for the Street Profits, with her performance in the ring impressing a lot of fans.

She also had a brand new individual entrance with new entrance music.

When asked about B-FAB, Fightful Select (subscription required), noted that there are a number of people in the company pushing for her to get more opportunities, both on the talent side and on the agent side.

She’s been getting more outings on live events recently, and has been a regular training with Natalya at the Dungeon.

B-FAB is set to face off against Natalya in the first round of the new WWE Speed Women’s Championship Tournament set to kick off next week.

The Women’s United States Championship tournament will continue on this week’s SmackDown show, when Bianca Belair, Chelsea Green and Blair Davenport face off in a Triple Threat match.
