Matt Cardona & Dirty Dango Make NWA Debuts At Hard Times 2

Here’s what happened at Saturday’s (December 4) NWA Hard Times pay-per-view, featuring the debuts of former WWE stars Matt Cardona (fka Zack Ryder) and Dirty Dango (fka Fandango).

In the main event of the show, Trevor Murdoch defeated Mike Knox to retain the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. After the bout, Cardona came out to congratulate Murdoch, before dropping the champion with a low blow.

The Deathmatch King fought off Da Pope, before continuing the beatdown on Murdoch, and lifting the Ten Pounds of Gold.

Earlier in the night, Dirty Dango and  JTG appeared following La Rebelión’s defence of the NWA Tag Team Championship over The End. Dango and JTG pointed to the champions following the bout, before leaving. Dango and JTG previously teamed together on NXT in 2012.
