Tonight’s episode of NXT 2.0 (August 2) featured a WWE NXT 2.0 Women’s Tag Team Championship match to fill the vacated titles.
With major developments about the last WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions perhaps returning, the WWE NXT 2.0 Women’s Tag Team Championships were also vacant until tonight.
A four-way elimination match saw Valentina Feroz and Yulisa Leon eliminated first, next out were Tatum Paxley and Ivy Nile finally leaving the last two teams of Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, and Toxic Attraction.
After a huge 450 splash by Katana Chance, she and Kayden Carter captured the NXT 2.0 Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Elsewhere on the show, the North American Championship was defended in the first of multiple championship matches during tonight’s NXT 2.0 with Carmelo Hayes taking on Nathan Frazer and Mandy Rose defending her NXT Women’s Championship against Sarray.
