Top NXT Star At WWE Raw (February 13)

Two notable NXT stars were at the taping for the February 13 edition of Monday Night Raw, amid speculation about main roster call-ups.

Ahead of the live episode of Raw, NXT Champion Bron Breakker was in action in a match taped for WWE Main Event.

The second-generation star faced off against WWE Raw star Akira Tozawa in singles action.

Breakker is currently on his second reign with the NXT Championship, after winning the gold back from Dolph Ziggler on the April 4, 2022 edition of Raw.

He most recently defended his gold against Grayson Waller in a steel cage match at NXT Vengeance Day.

With Breakker often touted as one of WWE’s rising stars, there has been a lot of speculation about a potential Raw or SmackDown call-up for the son of Rick Steiner.

Also in action at the taping was NXT’s Wendy Choo, who went one-on-one with Dana Brooke.

Appearances on Main Event aren’t indicative of plans for main roster call-ups, as almost every notable NXT roster member has been on Main Event in the past few months.
