Byron Saxton Set For WWE NXT October 4

Byron Saxton will be making a special appearance on tonight’s (October 4) episode of NXT, acting as a guest commentator for the brand.

Saxton will be filling in for Vic Joseph, who recently got married to WWE backstage interviewer McKenzie Mitchell.

Wade Barrett tweeted about Saxton’s appearance for the brand, saying:

“WHAAAAT?!? @ByronSaxton is coming to #WWENXT tomorrow night?? It’s been a while, Sax-man..”

Attached to the tweet was a picture of Saxton interviewing Barrett during the latter’s time in Florida Championship Wrestling.

Saxton retweeted Barrett’s post, adding:

“I’m afraid I’ve got some GOOD NEWS! See ya tomorrow Wade! #WWENXT”

Byron will not be the only main roster star to appear on tonight’s episode of NXT. On Monday’s edition of WWE Raw, it was announced that the Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland, Sheamus and Butch) will also appear together on NXT for the first time as a group.

The episode will be the first live edition of NXT since the brand changed its logo to the new white and gold design.
