NXT Championship Match Added To WWE Smackdown

NXT Champion, Adam Cole is making an appearance on Smackdown and it’s a big one.  Adam Cole will be defending his title against Daniel Bryan on tonight’s show.

Daniel Bryan was walking backstage and ran into Triple H and Shawn Michaels.  Bryan wanted to know why NXT was here.

Guess he hasn’t looked at Twitter or WWE.com today.  Instead of actually saying NXT was there because most of the guys were stranded all day, Triple H said it appeared Smackdown was looking for a fight.

He was referencing the fact that NXT will be taking part in Survivor Series.  Bryan said if he’s looking for a fight, then why doesn’t he fight him.

Triple H got in his face but ultimately decided against it.   Meanwhile, Shawn Michaels started taking off his jacket.  Nope, it wasn’t him.

Triple H ended up calling in the champ.  Adam Cole stepped up to face Daniel Bryan.

Daniel Bryan upped the stakes and challenged Adam Cole to a championship match.  Both Adam Cole and Triple H agreed.

We’re getting Adam Cole vs. Daniel Bryan for the NXT Championship tonight.  Likely, it won’t end with Daniel Bryan winning. However, it will probably end with Undisputed Era attacking or a big chaotic brawl with all the NXT talent showing up.
