Three different NXT Champions have been called up to the main roster on night one of the 2023 WWE Draft. Find out who!
On the first night of the WWE Draft, numerous stars saw their brand loyalties switched from Raw to SmackDown or vice versa.
With another Champion switching brands, Bianca Belair, going from WWE Raw to WWE SmackDown, there was not a clear indication what would happen with the championship.
However as we got to the fourth and final round of draftees for the night and three NXT Champions were revealed to be called up, more championship related questions emerged.
Being called up to WWE SmackDown, the NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre.
Next to be called up was the NXT Women’s Champion, Indi Hartwell who was drafted to WWE Raw.
While there was not full information provided regarding whether or not the champs would be taking their titles with them to the main roster, one savvy tag team made sure to throw out a challenge within the same segment as the call up.
Former NXT Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance wasted no time in challenging for one more title shot on this Tuesday’s NXT.
