
NXT were back on the road last night, making a pit-stop on the road to NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV in St. Petersburg, Florida. As is usual for a live event from the yellow brand, the show attracted around 300 people who were treated to a massive main event.
Waiting on his second challenger to be decided – rumor is abound that Matt Riddle will shock the world and take the place of an injured Aleister Black in the headliner – Tomasso Ciampa put the strap on the line against the uber popular EC3. With Johnny Gargano watching from the wings, the former #DIY member only just survived the onslaught, retaining in a top class encounter.
