Drafted NXT Star Shares A Warning For The WWE Raw Roster

A recently drafted NXT star has put the Monday Night Raw locker room on notice ahead of their potential debut.

Indus Sher, the faction consisting of Jinder Mahal, Sanga and Veer Mahaan were selected by Raw during the second night of the draft.

Ahead of their first appearance as a collective on the main roster, Veer sent a foreboding warning to the rest of the locker room.

Taking to Twitter, Veer said:

“Hey #RAW

“Looking forward to the going up against teams dumb enough to agree to getting into the ring with us.

“Oh and for those talking smack recently…now start paying attention.”

Despite being called up from NXT, this will actually be Veer’s second attempt at finding main roster success following a run with Mahal and Shanky as well as the infamously drawn out ‘Veer is coming’ promo packages which saw him eventually repackaged as a singles star.

Veer’s solo run would be short-lived until he eventually found his way back to NXT in late 2022, reforming Indus Sher with Sanga, and eventually being joined by former WWE Champion Mahal.

While Veer and Mahal have main roster pedigree, this will be Sanga’s first period away from NXT thus far in his WWE run.

It was announced at the Backlash press conference by Triple H that a tournament to crown the new World Heavyweight Champion will begin on tomorrow’s Raw (May 8), with the eventual inaugural champion being crowned at Night of Champions on May 28.
