At Thursday night’s NXT Live Event in Omaha, Nebraska, referee Tom Castor suffered a nasty broken leg in the main event where Velveteen Dream defended his North American Championship against Raw’s Tyler Breeze. Fellow NXT referee Drake Wuertz shared the news on Twitter.

One fan even took to social media to praise Castor for still counting the pin despite being in unimaginable pain.
