Fox Sports Australia are reporting that two more independent stars have signed with NXT and will be starting at the Orlando Performance Center this month.
The report is that Australian pair Jonah Rock and Elliot Sexton have both signed developmental contracts, further increasing the amount of Australian talent currently signed by WWE.
The report reads: “Foxsports.com.au can confirm the signings of Jonah Rock (aka Jermaine Haley) and Elliot Sexton (aka Brendan Vink). The pair will report to WWE’s Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida this month as part of the new class.”
Both Rock and Sexton have wrestled across Australia for a number of years, finally catching the eye of WWE’s talent scouts who managed to get them to sign on the dotted line.
Although it would be unfair to speculate on such matters, Sexton is currently in a relationship with NXT star Dakota Kai, and is based in Orlando already. Rock is not dating anyone in WWE, but his surprising agility despite his generous bulk is said to be very impressive.
The duo have wrestled in a tag team called “Sexrock” for a number of years now, but it is not known if they are being brought into WWE as a tag team or as singles competitors.
