There were plenty of injuries coming out of NXT TakeOver: WarGames, some worse than others, and here’s an update on one star’s recovery time.
Bobby Fish underwent triceps surgery on December 7, the day after he was in the WarGames match at TakeOver.
Dave Meltzer reports in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that it wasn’t a major surgery and his tricep wasn’t torn.
Fish is thus expected to be back in about eight weeks.
Although Fish does have an injury history, this one was a freak accident where the cage pierced his elbow and severed the triceps.
