It was announced today that NXT UK star Tyler Bate will be forced to pull out of his scheduled appearance with Over The Top. The event is set to take place on Sunday, February 23.
The promotion tweeted the news earlier today. It was the first confirmation of Bate’s injury.

Very few details are known about the injury. PWInsider reported that word of Bate’s injury began circulating over the last week. The origin of the injury is unknown, as is Bate’s timetable for a return.
Bate recently appeared at WWE Worlds Collide. At the event, he and Trent Seven were defeated by the team of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. His most recent match came on January 31, working for indie promotion Fight Club: PRO.
