Another NXT Star Debuts On SmackDown

Another NXT star has made their main roster debut on tonight’s October 14 edition of WWE SmackDown in a big match.

After appearing earlier in the episode and selecting Raquel Rodriguez are her mystery partner for her upcoming ‘Pick your Poison’ match against Cora Jade on Tuesday’s edition of NXT.

Tuesday October 18’s NXT will resurrect the ‘Wednesday Night Wars’ for one week anyway, on Tuesday as AEW Dynamite’s preemption related to MLB will see the alternate brand go head to head with NXT yet again.

Roxanne Perez made her in-ring debut on SmackDown by teaming with Shotzi and Raquel Rodriguez to take on Damage CTRL in Bayley, IYO SKY and Dakota Kai.

Perez showed off an impressive moveset for her WWE SmackDown debut and made it clear she would fit in quite nicely with the SmackDown Women’s Division!

Holding her own in the match and getting a near fall on Bayley, she did ultimately take the pin from Bayley but with high praise from both Wade Barrett and Michael Cole on commentary.

Tonight’s SmackDown kicked off with pandemonium in the parking lot with Karrion Kross, Scarlett and Drew McIntyre and moved forward into a fascinating segment between The Bloodline. 

Also, a WWE sought out Triple H and attempted to quit while also another WWE star returned to his former character.
