NXT Star Nathan Frazer Shares Gratitude For Mentor Seth Rollins WWE

After appearing in a backstage segment together, one NXT star shared an old pic of himself with his mentor, Seth Rollins.

Seth Rollins appeared in a backstage segment touted by WWE on social media as the past, future and present of WWE NXT (June 20) and now Nathan Frazer has reacted online.

Frazer wrote alongside the photos both old and from tonight on NXT:

“I must have done something right.

“Thanks for always believing in me, @WWERollins.

“#WWENXT”

With Rollins ribbing Frazer about having to carry around the very heavy Heritage Cup, he also took time to tell Frazer he was proud of him.

Reminding him to not forget to help those who helped him, later Frazer would take the wisdom to heart and approach another NXT star backstage.

Thanking Valentina Feroz and Yulisa Leon for their help last week with the Meta-Four, he went on to make a big offer to Dragon Lee.

Frazer offered to defend the Heritage Cup against Dragon Lee next week, which Lee accepted and has been made official.

Elsewhere on tonight’s week one of NXT Gold Rush, multiple main roster appearances including the show kicking off with Mustafa Ali serving as special guest referee in the North American Championship match.

Also, Dana Brooke took on Cora Jade after their bubbling rivalry boiled over last week in a backstage encounter went on to be a brutal battle in the ring and earlier, Melo came face to face with Baron Corbin and had a spicy promo exchange.
